Prior to joining Kyklos Haris has spent many years as the Deputy Head of the Natural Language and Knowledge Extraction Department and a senior researcher at the Institute for Language and Speech Processing (ILSP/R.C. "Athena"), where he worked on NLP and Language Applications.
He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (1992) from the National Technical University of Athens and a PhD (1996) in Information Technology from the NTUA also. From 1989 to 1992 he joined the Greek Eurotra team. Since 1992, he has been working for ILSP, involved in European projects in the area of multilingual multimodal multimedia processing.
He has more than 50 publications in international scientific books, journals and international conferences. He holds a patent in Machine Translation technology.

Georgios Tsoulouhas is a PhD Electrical and Computer Engineer with more than 15 years of experience designing and delivering web applications, APIs, and data-driven systems.
His work combines senior full stack engineering with a strong academic and research background in machine learning, data mining, adaptive learning systems, and research software engineering.
As Lead Engineer, he leads end-to-end development across requirements, architecture, backend, frontend, and deployment, while integrating ML and NLP components into production systems with multidisciplinary research teams.

His experience spans from leading robotics initiatives to developing machine learning solutions for both industrial and clinical settings. Andreas is committed to bridging the gap between academic research and practical applications in healthcare.

Pavlos Fragkiadoulakis is a PhD-level senior software developer with more than 20 years of IT experience, including over 15 years as an engineer and data analyst in European projects and cross-disciplinary international collaborations.
His background spans mechanical engineering, electrical and computer engineering, backend and desktop development, data analysis, embedded systems, and high-performance engineering solutions, with specialist expertise in particle emissions and automotive measurement systems.
As Technical Delivery Lead, Pavlos owns DevOps practice across CI/CD, environments, monitoring, reliability, deployment standards, and operational stability. He defines delivery plans and milestones, manages technical risk, and decides release sequencing and release readiness.
He translates clinical and project inputs into executable technical plans, shapes integration architecture, coordinates system integrations, and contributes hands-on development where needed to keep delivery moving.

Elias Mossialos is Brian Abel-Smith Professor of Health Policy and Director of LSE Health. He was the founding Head of the LSE Department of Health Policy (2017-2020).
In 1998, Professor Mossialos co-founded the European Observatory on Health Systems and Policies, a major health policy research and knowledge transfer programme. His research focuses on transformation strategies for health organisations, healthcare regulation, access to healthcare, healthcare quality and patient outcomes, digital health, healthcare financing, pharmaceutical policies, antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and cancer care and policy.
In 2010 he was awarded the Andrija Stampar medal by the Association of Schools of Public Health in Europe (ASPHER) for contributions to European public health. He received the 2021 Choice award by the Association of US College and Research Libraries for Outstanding Academic Title, the 2002 and 2007 Baxter Awards from the European Health Management Association for the best publication in health policy and management in Europe, and the 2022 Helen-Clark-JoPPP Award for Pharmaceutical Policy and Practice Research.

Prof. Vasileios Christopoulos is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California (USC). He also holds positions as a Visiting Associate in the Division of Biology and Biological Engineering at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and as an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurological Surgery at the Keck School of Medicine at USC.
Before joining USC, Prof. Christopoulos was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at the University of California, Riverside. He earned his BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Crete, Greece, and completed his PhD in Computer Science with a minor in Cognitive Sciences at the University of Minnesota.
He has also served as Research Faculty and Director of Neurotechnology at the T&C Chen Brain-Machine Interface Center at Caltech.
